09/30/2024 Em Howie Attic inspection at  2461 42nd Ave W ,Seattle Vegetation contact at the roofline will always give rodents access to the attic  You want at 3 feet clearance and under the roofline to prevent rodents accessing the attic Cable television hanging loose on the building all the way to the ground or deck landing will give rodents access to the attic Electric extension cable connected to Christmas lights hanging loose to the ground will give rodents access to the attic Vegetation slightly touching is still easy access to the attic, rodents can get a running start then jump. The condition of the insulation shows years of rodent activity that is very difficult to determine whether it’s past or present.  But if you cut back the vegetation and remove the hanging cords the rodent will have no access to the attic Pesticide/spi license holder Mika’s License #71493
